• Winter 2023 Conferences

    Parent-Teacher conferences for Young Explorers and grades K-5 will be held in person and virtually:

    • Wednesday, February 15 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

    • Thursday, February 16 from 1 to 8 p.m. (K-5)

    • Thursday, February 16 from 12:30 to 7:30 (YE Only)

    Teachers will be available for 20-minute individual conferences. Sign-up Window is from 7 p.m. Feb. 2 to 7 p.m. Feb. 13.  Each student has an individual login and password. That information is emailed to parents from Dustin Anand, data specialist, danand@northbrook28.net on January 31. If you do not already have an account, the system will ask you to create one. 

    Sign Up For Conferences

    1. To log into the system, go to Pick-A-Time. Use the student number and password emailed to you from Dustin Anand: danand@northbrook28.net

    2. Create an account with your e-mail address and a password of your choice.  Please note that parents who have scheduled elementary conferences using this system may already have an account.

    3. Once your account is created, you will select whether you would like an In-Person Conference or Virtual Conference. 

    4.  Use your child’s student ID number and password to schedule your conferences.

    If you have issues logging onto the site or other issues, please contact Dustin Anand at 847-504-3428 during school hours. If you did not receive an email and need your student's ID number, please contact your school administrative assistant.
